David Jaffe, M.D.
Dr. David Jaffe is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in foot and ankle surgery. He completed his residency at the University of Maryland – Shock Trauma and then completed his fellowship under Dr. James Brodsky at Baylor in Dallas, TX.
Dr. Jaffe treats patients of all ages for any foot and ankle pathology. He has a particular interest in revision surgery, complex reconstruction and limb salvage. He also specifically focuses on limb salvage and complex Ilizarov frame reconstructions with minimally invasive and modern adaptations.
He is an active member of the American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Jaffe’s clinical and scientific research has been published in several peer-reviewed journals and presented nationally. He has research grant funding for evaluation of limb salvage outcomes and techniques for measuring outcomes after foot and ankle reconstruction and is excited to participate in multicenter collaborative research endeavors to determine better ways to treat patients.
